Fiberglass discs for grinding wheel and cutting wheel are cut from reinforced fiberglass cloth. The cloth is coated with phenolic resin and epoxy resin, and then baked. The product’s inner and outer diameter die cut at the same time. Smooth round edge, small size tolerance and good concentric degree are its characteristic.

Our products are divided into two big types. One type is laminated with veil crepepaper or blackpaper. The other type is pure net. Fiberglass discs can be separated by wax paper. The piece is widely used as the basal material of grinding wheel which adopts resin as binding agent. The grinding wheel which is made with this basal material has properties of excellent heat resistance, cutting at high speed and great structural strength.

Fiberglass Mesh Fiberglass Mesh

Fiberglass mesh for grinding wheel is weaved with high strength fiberglass yarn. The strand is drawn with silane coupling agent. The excellent yarn guarantees high strength for our mesh. And the weave construction of the mesh can be leno or plain according to demand. With high and stable strength, it is an ideal base material to make the cut round piece for reinforcing grinding and cutting wheels.

Fiberglass discs for big diameter cutting wheel (500~2000mm) is GUBANG’s new product. We have designed and produced a new set of production equipment. Fiberglass discs are cut one time with accurate concentricity and without any burrs.

We have also designed new fiberglass cloth and adopted the 9 μm yarn, so that the strength of fiberglass discs is greatly enhanced.

Due to our good quality and competitive price, we have build a good relation with all the domestic abrasive factories in china who produce big diameter cutting wheels.

Our fiberglass discs are able to meet the rotary turning requirement and can increase the cutting efficiency.

Fiberglass backing is made of the fiberglass discs with special technique. This product is manufactured by high temperature treatment after batching and shape-setting. Owning to the easy combination of its surface with the main body and its excellent performance of synchronous consumption, it is widely used as the base of coating tools such as hundred-vane wheel, as well as the base of PVA abrasive disc.

Teflon Teflon

Teflon is made of fiber glass mesh cloth which soaked by polytetrafluoroethyene resin at high temperature.

It’s main features are followings:

1. Good endurance in hot temperature and long-term use under 300℃.

2. Good separator and quite slick without oil.

Matel Ring Matel Ring

Raw material is from KAWASAKI Japan. It is manufactured by fully automatic production line with the characteristics of corrosion-resistant, antioxidation , and highly polished surface.

Aluminum Plate Aluminum Plate

Aluminum plate is made of aluminum style ADC12 or A380, mainly used in grinding wheel production (molding, drying, and hardening). Good quality aluminum plate can improve running stability and increase the bursting speed of the grinding wheel.
